The House is located approximately 4 km from the village of Passignano sul Trasimeno (there is 1 km of cypress lined road on the way), in the tourist area of Lake Trasimeno. This area is surrounded by the green hills of Umbria and Tuscany. It lies between Rome (200 km) and Florence (120 km), between Siena (70 km) and Perugia (20 km), between Orvieto (42 km), Arezzo (40 km) and Cortona (18 km). You can reach it in different ways, but once there, you will need a car to move around.
